Louise Loeb is a comedian turned career guide. From early childhood, she's been passionate about humor and connecting with people.

She’s studied improv and sketch comedy for ten years at all the major institutions of comedy—Second City, iO Theater, Upright Citizens Brigade, and The Groundlings. However, Louise isn’t only about laughs; she graduated from Vassar College, the University of Cambridge, and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and worked as an attorney for 8 years.

Louise’s unique blend of comedy and serious qualifications make her an exceptional guide at Career Protocol. Here, she empowers clients with storytelling skills, applying improvisation techniques to overcome writer’s block and inspire creativity. She firmly believes in the power of laughter and “Yes, and”—the bedrock of improvisation—for effective teamwork and creating engaging narratives. Louise infuses a sense of fun in the process, and is also known for her puppeteer work and love of ghost shows.
